Refund policy

We hope you love everything you buy from Electric Eye Apparel, but we promise a full refund within our returns guidelines if you’re unhappy with your purchase. Item(s) must be returned within 14 days of delivery, as unfortunately any item received out with this time cannot be refunded.

Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed and in a resell-able condition with all tags still attached. 

Items must be returned at the customer’s expense and all original delivery charges are non-refundable. Please use a tracked service to guarantee a safe return to us. You must obtain proof of postage just in case your order is lost on its way back to us! Failure to do so may result in us not being able to process your return.

Please allow 7 working days for your parcel to be returned to Electric Eye Apparel and processed by our team. An automated email will be sent to you once your return has been processed and your funds should arrive via the original method of payment shortly after this. If you haven’t heard from us within a reasonable time please contact hello@electriceyeapparel.com your order number and details of the items returned.

We reserve the right not to refund you if you return items to us outside the terms of our Returns Policy.

Please note that all Custom Items are non-returnable.
