HOW MUCH IS DELIVERY?

HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE?

Electric Eye Apparel are proudly Anti-Fast Fashion (read about the environmental impact of Fast Fashion HERE). Therefore to reduce unnecessary waste we do not hold masses of stock, our goods are largely made to order. We ask that UK customers allow 7-10 days for their item(s) to arrive, EU customers 10 days and US & CA 14 days. Turnaround times may be affected by public holidays, peak trade and the COVID pandemic.

WHAT IF MY PARCEL DOESN'T ARRIVE?

If your parcel has not arrived within the estimated delivery time then please email us at hello@electriceyeapparel.com with your order number and order date. We will get it sorted for you!

CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO MY ORDER?

Once your order is marked as ‘Completed’ changes are unable to be made. However, until this point you can email us at hello@electriceyeapparel.com and we will try and accommodate your request.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

You can cancel your order within 60 minutes of its placement. Just email us hello@electriceyeapparel.com with the subject 'CANCEL REQUEST' with details of why you wish to cancel and we will sort it out.

WHAT IF MY ITEM IS INCORRECT OR FAULTY?

If you receive an item that isn’t what you ordered or has a fault, email us at returns@electriceyeapparel.com with your order number and some pics and a description of the issue.

HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?

CAN I EXCHANGE AN ITEM?

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at returns@electriceyeapparel.com and we will instruct you on how to return your item for exchange

DO YOU HAVE A SIZE GUIDE

Yip! The sizing is different for every product, if you click on the 'sizing' tab on the product description all on the measurements are there (in CM).

HOW DO I USE A PROMO CODE?

Once you add an item to your basket, click ‘View Cart’. Under the list of items, there is a section marked ‘Code’ – enter your code here and hit ‘Apply’

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS MY RETURN?

It usually takes only a couple of days once we receive your item! Check out our Returns Page for more info.

HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO RETURN AN ITEM?

Our returns policy is 30 days from date of purchase for full priced items and 14 days from date of purchase for sale items.

HOW MUCH DOES IT COST TO RETURN AN ITEM?

DO YOU REFUND THE DELIVERY CHARGE?

Like most other retail stores, we do not refund the delivery charge.
